Husband and wife crew Nigel & Kaz Jenkins were out looking to get their BTRDA Bronze Star title defence off to a good start. They were leading the 1400s at first service, but narrowly missing out on the win by 2 seconds come the end of the day in 35th overall. Still 2nd in class
and 2nd Bronze Star
was a good haul of points to start the season.

The other FODMC member was Geoff Phelps, although without usual co driver Colin Jenkins for this event. He started the day off impressively, 2nd in the Silver Star and 1st in class at first service, but an off into a ditch on a notorious Grizedale corner saw him lose a minute and a half. He recovered well though and managed to take the class win
by 4 seconds and 3rd Silver Star
in 45th overall.

A double FODMC podium success for our crews proving a successful event
